Norway Beach recreation area is located four miles east of Cass Lake, on Highway 2. The recreation area offers a variety of family activities including interpretive trails, sandy beaches, paved biking trails, boat ramps, picnic shelter and the Norway Beach  Visitor Center.

The Center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day with evening interpretive programs on Fridays and Saturdays. The Center offers a wide variety of naturalist programs and interpretive displays.
